bridge cs6 preview panel images lack image numbers

In the Preview workspace, thumbnail images in the preview panel (under CONTENT) lack image numbers and rating stars.  To the right, the full-size image (under PREVIEW) shows the image number and star ratings. The numbers and ratings are missing only in the Preview Workspace.  In all other workspaces, such as Output, the image number and star ratings appear below the images in the CONTENT panel, which is normal.  The disappearing numbers and stars happened a few days ago.  How do I get the image numbers and star ratings to display in the preview panel again?  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Hi granfondo,

Could you please try  resetting the preferences of Bridge: -

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.
