Bridge CS6: speed of converting DNGs to JPEGs

Hi,

having 1400 DNGs (formerly CR2s) and at the moment I am converting all into JPGs, 1800x1200px within Bridge CS6 (Windows 10) – after applying "automatic image options" (don't know English nomenclature) just before – on a workstation (Xeon E5-1650, 3.5 GHz) with 32 GB RAM:

This takes very long... 3 seconds for one image.

Do I need faster/newer hardware, better graphics card and/or another software (version) to accelerate this process?

Thanks!

Try the Image Processor in Photoshop (Tools->Photoshop) if you are using Camera RAW, it should be faster.

I wrote a JPEG export script for Bridge that is on Adobe Exchange but I don't officially support it on CS6 due to Bridge bugs. It should work though.
