Bridge Custom Output Settings

Where do I find my new custom output setting I've just created. I'm a Windows user and have looked in

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Bridge CC 2018\OutputModule\ContactSheet\UserTemplate

and only the default settings are there. I would like to share my sheet with an off-site colleague as we are not on a network.

Also, is Bridge the best Adobe product to create Custom Contact Sheets.
