Bridge delays playing audio of a video

Bridge delays playing the audio of a video. When I play the video, it plays normally, but the audio is not heard until a second time click the play button. Sorry for my English, it's Google Traslate.

My PC is:

- Core i7 8700K - 4.7GHz

- 64GB RAM DDR4 3000 MHz

- 2 GTX 1070Ti

- Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB for SO Windows 10

- Samsung SSD 970 EVO 500GB for Media Caché of Adobe

Hi Renato,

That does not sound like a typical experience with Bridge, let's make it right.

  • Could you please let us know the version of Bridge you're working with?
  • Also, what operating system are you using?
  • What video format are you trying to play in Bridge?
  • Does it happen with other video formats or other videos of the same format?

Have you tried resetting the preferences of Bridge and see if it helps? Troubleshoot Adobe Bridge for freezes and performance issues
