Bridge does not have Camera Raw plug-in or freezes when I open RAW files

Hello,

I'm having the issue where every time I open a file in camera raw, it freezes the entire program. No pop-up, no error message, just frozen to the point I have to force close it on task manager. I've installed previous versions of Bridge, I've uninstalled/reinstalled.

I looked at Bridge plug-ins and Camera Raw wasn't even there?! How do I fix this when Camera Raw can't even be uninstalled and reinstalled? It doesn't work in Photoshop, either. The only programs I have that support Raw are Lightroom/classic, but even that keeps lagging like crazy. I prefer Bridge.
