Also note that uninstalling/reinstalling will not replace a corrupt preference file. The first point should be to reset preferences before uninstalling.

    Just started having the same problem an hour ago.

    Tried restarting the comupter. Didn't help

    Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice. Didn't help
