Question

Bridge doesn't display images

It says "No items to display" for every file when I know there are images.

Same with .psd, .jpeg, etc.

I check the preferences and size, cleared the cache.  Nothing fixes it.

Open the folder and let all the files get listed. Now try searching.

Bridge has had a long-standing problem where it won't do a new search and update its index. If you open a file FROM BRIDGE into Photoshop, makes changes and save, Bridge won't be able to find the file. Just stupid.

Are the files on an external hard drive?

Are you on a Mac or a PC? (Also, please provide the version of your OS.)

Can you please share a screenshot?
