Question

Bridge doesn't preview thumbnails video from panasonic S5 2

Bridge doesn't preview thumbnails video from panasonic S5 2.
I have checked all settings mutiple times in Bridge and in VLC media player to make sure it should preview the thumbnails. It does preview video's from my Nikon z6 2.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

Could you let us know about the bridge version and OS version so we can better understand this issue?

    Regards,
    Bridge Team
