Bridge Downloader

I cannot download my CR Images fro my Canon 5DM111, my Photodownloader in Bridge seems to have stopped working

Can anyone solve this and give me some advice Bridge Photoshop and Camera raw are all Updated. I cannot download from Lightroom either!!
