Bridge failed to install my Mac Os

My free Adobe Bridge download wouldn't complete the install w the message my Mac Os 10.15.7 (Catalina) needed to be updated.

I'm not going to update my Mac Os. Period.

Does this mean I can't install Bridge? If this is the case then WHY doesn't Adobe list this requirement before sending one over to the download/install page??
