Bridge File Info panel

The File Info panel (Basic tab) in Bridge 13.0.1.583 is poorly designed and difficult to use.  It doesn't retain it's window size and the size of the text fields within.  It forces me to resize the window *every* time I open it.  

It should remember it's last used sizing and postion.
