Bridge File Problem

Having a problem in Bridge. When I click on a thumbnail it changes to a blue block with Ps/

PSD in it.

how do I get it to change back to the thumbnail image?

 

I can't get a screen shot attached.

What info was available did not really help. I came up with a fix for the changed files so ther are back to thumbnails agin but still not solved the original problem. It stills happens.

Hi Robert,

 

Need to know which version of Bridge, Photoshop, and what OS you are using. We also need to know what releases for each. 

 

And just in case, where are the files being kept (computer hard drive, external hard drive, server, etc.)
