Question

Bridge frozen when open in Camera Raw or Photoshop and does not open image. Win10

Today I noticed I can't open images from Bridge in Camera Raw or Photoshop on my Windows10 machine anymore. When I execute one of these commands Bridge freezes. Camera Raw does not open and I have to force Bridge to close in task manager.
Photoshop opens but freezes in the image loading screen. Same here i have to force Bridge and Photoshop to close in the task manager.

This happened before and after the latest update today.
I cleared cache and did multiple reboots. I also tried the opposite way (in Photoshop, search in Bridge), this works fine, but I still can't open the image from Bridge in PS or CR.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Bridge v14.0.1
Photoshop v25.2
Windows 10, 22H2, 64 bit
Intel Core i7, 32GB RAM
Nvidia GEForce, Asus Strix GTX1080

I have the exact same issue with Photoshop and Bridge. When I try to open a raw file, it completely freezes, and there doesn't seem to be anything I can find to fix it.

Has there been any luck with this? This is happening to me too. RTX3080, everything is up to date, have been using Camera Raw to edit from Bridge for well over a decade and just noticed this freezing up behavior recently. This is really hurting my workflow. I can't find anything online about it.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything Adobe, no luck still.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
