Bridge is not working

Is there a way to talk to someone from the company?

When I open Bridge 2023 it appears this message:

"This is likely an issue at our end, but it could be that you’re not connected to the internet. Please check your internet connection and then try again later. If you’re still having issues"

The conections is good and Photoshop works so I don't know what to do
