Bridge just stops responding

I followed the instructions for uninstalling all Photoshop software including associate files, then re-started the computer, and went through the complete process twice.  When I open Bridge, it will load, I can select photos and process in Camera Raw, but eventually Bridge just locks up and I have to close it.  The only program running is Bridge!  I have used Photoshop for years now suddenly it is pretty much a waste of time.

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

Mojave 10.14.4

8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4

Radeon Pro 575 4 GB
