Bridge keeps crashing

Hopefully someone can help, as soon as I open bridge its crashes after a few seconds. I have reinstalled and also installed the Beta version but the same happens. I have also installed Photoshop but this has made no difference.

I am on windows 11.

I have no idea where to start - hopefully someone can give advise
