Bridge/Lightroom will not reveal file in Windows 11 Explorer

I'm running Creative Cloud Bridge in Windows 11 on a BeeLink SER8
I open a folder containing a lot of camera files (*.cr2).
If I select a file, right click on it and select "Reveal in Explorer" a black screen pops up and quickly disappears.
I have managed to find the error message that makes no sense. Here it is

term 'C:\Windows\OEM\Explorer.ps1' is not recongnized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or a program.

This path does not even exist.

This happens in Lightroom also. Bridge, Lightroom, and Photoshop work fine except for this feature.

Hi Jimmy,

Thank you for your feedback.

We were unable to reproduce the issue on our end.

Could you please provide the following details to help us investigate further?

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Is the issue specific to particular files or formats?

Please share the sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com and mention this thread. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Bridge Team

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
