Bridge no longer displays Thumbnails nor Previews for DJI(?) MP4 video files

I don't recall an update happening, but all of a sudden I can't view thumbs nor previews in Bridge 2024 v 12-0-4-286, which is obviously crushing my productivity. But it seems only for footage shot on a DJI Mini 3, as I CAN view thumbs/previews for all other MP4 footage (see attached screenshot). Suggestions?

    On windows 11, all updated.

    For future travelers, my drone reset it's prefs and was recording h265 vids, which for some reason Bridge can't parse.
