Bridge no longer displays Thumbnails nor Previews for DJI(?) MP4 video files

I don't recall an update happening, but all of a sudden I can't view thumbs nor previews in Bridge 2024 v 12-0-4-286, which is obviously crushing my productivity. But it seems only for footage shot on a DJI Mini 3, as I CAN view thumbs/previews for all other MP4 footage (see attached screenshot). Suggestions?
