Bridge no valid files found on camera since OS Sierra upgrade

Hi,

I recently changed to OS Sierra (10.12.4). Since then when i go into Bridge (cc17) to get photos from camera, i get the message 'no valid files found' after the pop-up loads. The pop-up does show it recognises my camera (Canon 1Dx mk2). The camera communication with the computer is functioning when using Canon Utility 3 software both in terms of image download and tethered shooting. Please advise on how to resolve this issue, allowing me to download images again via Bridge. Thank you.

Michael

Why should we revert to a card readers? With potential for damage as taken out of camera.

Hi Sahil,

I use Bridge CC 2017. I already had RAW10, but I reinstalled after your message. However, no change, still the same issue.

Regards,

Michael

You maybe need to install drivers for your camera or use it in USB/Mass format mode. But using a card reader is the way to go.
