Question

Bridge not displaying thumnails

Why has Bridge sufddenly stopoped displaying thumbnails for my Canon CR2 files, and TIFF Files.

Displaying JPEG and PSD no problem, but Canon RAW CR2 can't see them.

Win 7 64 Bit, Bridge 10.1.1.166

And Bridge has also stopped displaying thumbnails for video files, in fact, If there is a video file in a folder, Bridge just freeezes completely when it comes to video. Was trying to organise video files from my phone and Bridge just gave up.

Another fix by Adobe which was supposed to make things better!! has only made it worse. Again.

I need to see desktop folders and with Bridge 2021, I see nothing. I use an iMac with Catalina 10.15.7.

Ho BP55,

Go to your System Preferences and select Security and Privacy (found in the top section). Now click on the Privacy setting (last tab). Now click on the lock on the bottom left and provide your Administrator code. Now select the Full Disk Access option and click on the "+" symbol. This will bring up the standard Mac Open window and let you add any application you want or need to have full access. Look for Bridge, select it, it will now appear in that window and make sure it's checked. Next go to the Files and Folders option and do the same thing as above (although there's nothing to check, just add. Close everything down and see if that makes it all work.

Please let me know

Check to see if your camera raw app is uptodate.

Try rebuilding the cache for that folder
