Bridge not letting me create new folders

Hello,

Bridge 11.02 was not responding, I had to reistall it. But now it is not letting me create folders. I get the message "folder could not be created.

In the Privacy settings I have given Full Disk access and Files and Folders access.  I have Catalina. 10.15
