Question

Bridge not recognising I phone

Hi Everyone

I would be so grateful for any help.

I purchased CS5 some time ago and have never had any problems importing photos from an I phone 6s into bridge. Now the bridge photo downloader will not recognise the I phone. The I phone recognises the computer, it asks whether is a trusted device etc.. I am running CS5 version 4.05.11 and have downloaded creative cloud 64 and tried that bridge, still no joy. I am importing into a PC by the way. I have never had a problem in the past. The version of creative cloud used is 8.01.282. Both are the latest updates.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Regards

Richard

    Hi Richard,

We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2019) on 15th October 2018. The new version build number is 9.0.0.204. This version is available to install via Adobe Creative Cloud application.

Please check following link to know about all new features in Adobe Bridge CC 2019 - https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/using/whats-new.html

You may need to update the Creative Cloud application and restart your computer to see the updated installer.

    Thanks,
