Bridge not recognising PSD files

Question

PSD files not showing in Bridge 2023, message: "Could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this type of file." Files can be opened directly into Photoshop. MacBook Pro 2022  OS 13.3.1  Any ideas?

Which version of Bridge and Photoshop are you using? Does the file open properly when imported to Photoshop directly?

Have you tried any troubleshooting so far?
