Bridge not responding

I suddenly had problems with Bridge 2021. Not responding. I uninstalled and installed latest version of Bridge. Same problem. Unreposnsive. 

Any thoughts?

I appreciate your interest. The last tech I spoke to indicated that my
external drive was probably not working correctly. As a result, I replaced
it with a new external hard drive. Now Bridge and PS seem to be operating
correctly.
I will contact you again if the system still seems not functioning properly.
