Bridge Not Showing Edits

When I process any Camera RAW files in Bridge (12.0.3.270), it no longer shows an updated thumbnail for any of them. It shows the slider graphic indicating changes were made, but nothing else. Even the large preview panel remains unchanged. I have to open the file completely to see the edits. Windows 10-64, nVidia RTX-4000.
