Question

Bridge not showing files

Just updated my CC 2017 Photoshop and Bridge on my iMac to try to fix a problem I am having - and am still having now after update.

When I save an image to a folder, I can't see it in Bridge.  But I can find it in the folder using Finder, or the open command in Photoshop.

Super frustrating, help!

Thx, B

    Dear User,

Can you please specify the image format that you are using.

Also can you please clear cache for the folder and try again.

We have released a new version of Adobe Bridge (CC 2018) in Oct 2017, request you to upgrade and let us know if the issue persists.

Please share a screenshot of the problem, this would help us debug this issue.

    Regards,

    Abhishek Seth.

I have a similar problem of a whole folder showing in Windows Explore and others but not in Bridge. I've attached an image. How do I "clear the Bridge cache?

    Thank you!

Has this been solved yet?  Having same problem.  Open raw file in PS save as TIF to image folder.  TIF shows up in Finder but cannot see it in Bridge.  Using a mid-2014 Macbook Pro running Big Sur.
