Bridge not showing Video file thumbnails

Can somebody please help me to fix this problem? I am on Mac Os Big Sur and my desktop computer shows the MP4 video files but without the picture. I am a video editor so I must be able to see them. I have a laptop and there the images are showing. The problem happened after the new Bridge update. I removed and reinstalled Bridge but nothing has changed. Thank you for your help!
