Adobe Bridge CC12 is not starting anymore without any changes on the system (mac os 12.01) over night. Reinstalled it but still crashes during launch.

Hi Thilo

I'm not sure I'm following you when you say that Bridge will not start "without any changes on the system." What are you doing to/with the system to get it to start?

Can you please verify if you're on an M1 or Intel system?

Lastly, can you please try to rebuild Bridge's Preferences? To do this, follow these instructions:

When launching Bridge, press Command-Option (Mac) + Shift When a window comes up, choose “Reset Preferences, Entire Thumbnail Cache,” and/or Reset Standard Workspaces.” In your case, choose "Reset Preferences."

Let us know how this works (or not).

Thanks

Hi Gary,
thank you, resetting the preferences was solving the problem.
I'm on an Intel Mac.
"without any changes on the system." -> just want to say I shut the computer and Bridge down, everything was fine and on the next restart in the morning Bridge won't launch anymore.
However, thank you for your help!
Thilo
