Bridge not working

I am running Bridge CC 2017 on Windows 7 for the past two - three weeks Bridge won't open. 

For a while it would open if I ran it as Administrator.  I have done the Ctrl-Alt-Shift and cleared the cache etc.  Now nothing works.  I have clients images to edit on a deadline and I can't work if I can't open Bridge.

Help please.
