Bridge PDF Output error

Hi, grateful for any wise words

I am outputting CR3 files files in to a PDF, they are portrait images,

I am making contact sheets 4x4 , 16 on a sheet.

I am currently getting an error as the images are being squashed into a landscape shape despite portait box ticked. I have experienced this before some time ago, but has started again.

This is someting i do daily so familiar with the process.

Please share the following details about the issue:

System configuration
Is the issue specific to particular files or formats?
Kindly share the sample file(s) where you observed the issue by sending them to sharewithbr@adobe.com and referencing this thread.

Additionally, Please share the output template XML from the following locations where the issue was reproducible:

Mac: /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge 2025/OutputModule/ContactSheet/UserTemplate
Windows: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge 2025\OutputModule\ContactSheet\UserTemplate
