Bridge PDFs made from InDesign files look bad

Why to my PDFs made in Adobe Bridge 2019 CC from Adobe InDesign files look so bad? They are all pixelated.

Here's what I'm doing:

I open Adobe Bridge 2019 CC

I select several Indesign files and drag them onto the Canvas

I set the resolution to the highest setting and select export to PDF

The PDF that gets created looks terrible, all pixellated.

Can anyone help?
