Bridge (Photo Downloader) doesn't recognise .CRM files

Hello

As above, having problems downloading my 1dx III .crm video files onto my MBP. I'm connected directly to the camera via USB.

Photo Downloader says "This device does not contain any supported media".

All up to date on bridge, photoshop, camera raw, premier pro.

Any ideas please?

Yea

Photo downloader is a bit weird, and flacky.

Just use your file manager to download the files and forget Bridge.

I use image ingester pro.
