Bridge Photodownloader does not download files since last update

Since last update (12.0.2) Bridge Photodownloader does not download files from SD Card and iPhone; download button remains grey after clicked and download does not start. 

 

Also sometimes the choose destination button remains grey after clicked and no window to choose destination folder appears. 

 

Is this a known issue? Is there a solution availble? any tips?

 

I am running Bridge on a Mac Mini (2018) with macOS 12.3.1

Could you please share the following details about the issue:

  • iPhone model
  • SD card details
  • is this working fine with 12.0.1

Hi Bridge Team,

 

iPhone model is iPhone11

SD Card is SanDisk Exreeme PRO 170MB/s 64Gb SDXC

Please find attached screenshot after clicking on teh "media ophalen" button (download media) 

This worked fine before last download I don't know if the previous version was 12.0.1
