Bridge popup navigation doesn't scroll using a PC mouse wheel

Dell Optiplex 7040 with Dell mouse

 

When navigating via the bread crumbs tool bar (above the Favorites and Folders tabs), when a popup menu is longer than the popup widget, you cannot scroll the list with a mouse's scroll wheel. You have to use the continue arrows at the top and bottom of the popup widget.

Using the mouse scroll wheel works in the Folder tab. So, it's not a mouse issue.
