Bridge previews and Labels

I have 2 issues I'd like to resolve with Bridge. 1/ when I save a larger file it doesn't show the preview of the photo but rather the PSD logo.How do I get previews on all photo's. The second issue is I use Labels sometimes they won't appy to a specific photo preview, again it seems to be on larger files?

    Preferences->Thumbnails change the maximum image size.
