Bridge problems

When I try to download photos from SanDisk cards I get the following error message: The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I checked in another Adobe Support site and the recommendation was to install the newest beta version. Well I did and it didn't. I am on Bridge 13.0.2.6.36 and the Beta version was listed as 13.0.2.630. Also the work arounds by clicking on other icons were not helpful as none of them are active. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the same issues on Windows 11. error comes up on bridge versions 12 and 13.3. I have tried to reinstall bridge, adobe, and repaired the C++ files. Sometimes error says MSVCR100.dll, MSVCP100.dll, MSVCR110.dll, MSVCP110.dll
