Bridge + QuickTime Conflict iMac Pro Mojave

Since updating to a new iMac Pro and Mojave in late 2018 — have experience sound and video playback issues from day 1. Video playback is rapid and sputtering. Viewing on youtube too... videos with just play and rip through every video on the list. iTunes music playback is super fast... aka chipmunk style. Text and other alerts are abbreviated and sound more like a bad pot on a speaker volume knob.

Discovered that quitting Adobe Bridge and then restarting resolves the issue.

    Are you using the most current version of Bridge? If not have you tried updating?

    Thank you for responding. I am up to date on all software, including the OS. Each time I do an update, I'm hoping it will be the one that fixes the issue.
