Question

Bridge & raw & Windows 10

My old laptop has Windows 10 and it can't be updated. Now Bridge won't allow me to edit raw files although it used to. Its error message says "camera raw requires GPU acceleration to edit photos." I suspect that I need to revert to an older version of Bridge. But if that's true, how do I know which version and how do I find it?

My current laptop version is: 16.0.1.18 but on my desktop with Win 11 the Bridge version is 15.1.3.5 and that loves its raw file

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Please post a system report from Photoshop. Odds are that your computer has an old, unsupported graphics card and yes, that means you wouldn't be able to use Camera RAW. You'll need to experiment with older releases or buy a newer, supported computer.
