Bridge Renaming

I've used Bridge to rename files for years, but suddenly it no longer recognizes jpeg and nef files with the same file number and renames them by numbering in sequence. I've tried all I know to correct. Do you I have a setting that got changed? Thanks for any input.

It appears to be doing what you tell it to, apart from the date created MM resulting in WOY?

Perhaps you need to reset the Bridge preferences:
