Bridge Showing Lens Corrections out of nowhere

Hey! When I shoot photos I copy them from a card to finder on mac, then use bridge to sort thru them before importing to LR/PS. Just recently it started showing most photos with Lens Corrections applied. This is a problem because I shoot fisheye photos and I dont know if you have ever tried to appy corrections to one but it makes it look insane and hard to sort thru. How can I disable this? It never happened until around a month ago. maybe apart of an update?

Open an image in Camera Raw.

Go to Optics Panel and uncheck "Use profile corrections"

You may need to save that as your default setting should you wish never to use these corrections.

Make sure that no default preset is being applied.

I do not know if you found a solution to this problem. It is frustrating as I shoot a ton of underwater extreme WA images and noticed the same issue in Bridge. All the images show as a "Lens Corrected" version and crops out quite a bit in the corners. As I look thru the iamges, it is hard to really tell what you have in regards to keepers and deletes!!

I did find a workaround that you might find useful. From Bridge, I select all images. I then right click on any of the images and scroll down to Develop Settings. From the 3 choices that pop up, I choose Previous Converstion and allow the Camera Raw system to do its thing. All of the images you selected should correct to show the WA version that you originally shot. Again, most of my Underwater stuff is fisheye and it seemed to do the trick. I have no clue how to pre-correct this issue but this should help you.

I tried and it still isnt working for bridge, I tried camera settings as the default which shouldnt apply lens corrections as I dont see them on the camera, I also tried creating a preset that just has none of the boxes ticked on anything specifically lens corrections yet no matter which way I save it bridge still shows all images with Lens corrections applied. Getting pretty annoying lol

Like even if I am right clicking on an image and go to develop settings and click clear settings why are images showing with Lens Corecctions applied? this has never happened until recently ever using bridge.
