Bridge slow generating previews and thumbnails.

Hi Guys

I have installed the newest Bridge on my Mac Studio. I have my Adobe Stock library on an external NVME drive (read speed 1500 MB). First, Bridge takes 30 sec. to start up and it cuts the connection to my card reader with the "disk did not eject properly" error,

I have 1500 media files, but it takes around 5 min. to generate preview and thumbnail files, and it does not seem to save them on exit. Not sure, what I can do to speed it up. On my old iMac 2017 with mechanical disks, it was much quicker.
