Hi, Mario, just out of curiosity, how many images are in the folder you are looking at?

What is your OS (and what release)?

Which version of Bridge are you using (and what release)?

What kind of images are these (JPG, raw, TIF, PSD)?

About how many MBs are each image?

Meanwhile, one quick thing to try is to rebuild Bridge's Prefs.

To do this, quit Bridge if Open. Just before clicking on Bridge in the Dock or double-clicking the application for the Mac, press Command-Option-Shift. For PCs, press Control-Alt-Shift. Then open Bridge, BUT KEEP your fingers on those keys until you see a window pop up. From the window, the options are: “Reset Preferences" and "Purge All Local Cache Files.” In your case, check both of them.

Please let us know what happens, and please answer my questions above.

Thanks for your interest Gary!  Here are the answers:

-It happens across all my photo folders, total of about 20,000 individual in 100 folders, give or take

-OS is MAC Sequoi, 15.6.1

-I started out having the problems with the latest version,  One of the 3 Adobe techs went back to version 13 and that had the same problem as the current version

-All of the ones you mention

-Image sizes vary but few are smaller than 20mb

Just to rub salt in the wounds, Adobe sent me an email telling me they were going to close the case because they thought the issue was resolved!!!  I still haven't heard from them with a solution!  This is horrible

UPDATE 12/22: spent nearly 3 hours on the phone with Adobe support and they werent able to solve problem!!!! At first they said it was a computer problem so I spent another hour with Apple and all is perfect there.  Adobe Agent tried 3 older versions and none resolved issue.  .  Adobe promised to get back to me with resolution.  this is TERRIBLE!!!!!
