Bridge thumbnails for SamsungA52 MP4s

In bridge it does not display the thumbnails of the .mp4 files produced with SamsungA52, while those produced with GoPro show them. I checked all the preferences as the online guide of Adobe says, but they do not display.

Hi, the problem is not on the Samsung A52, but when I read files on the PC.
