Bridge uploader issues

Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue is here? I came back from a trip away last year and the Bridge downloader would not work. I've had mutliple sessions with adobes support agents to absolutely no avail. At the time I'm pretty sure my adobe software and OS updated, but having tried reinstalling Bridge and also reinstalling Windows (10) nothing so far has worked.

Update windows 10
run the Bridge App as “Run as Administrator"

I'm having the same issues. It just an X and says error and closes out. I've done the same to resolve to no avail. Help

Same here, mine was doing this before the update. I've tried searching but can't find a solution.
