Bridge v 10.0.3 Crash on Open

Can't even get this program to open. When I click...the UX shows for half a second, and then closes out. No uninstalling / reinstalling fixes this, and same issue with version 9.1.

Adobe log file provided if needed.

This is a work / admin-locked computer, so I'll try to get anymore system info if necessary.
