Bridge v12 Open With is grey

Bridge v12, Open With is grey. Can't move JPEG or TIFF files direct from Bridge to Photoshop. RAW files indicate it will open into something called "rundll32 (default)"

Could you share the following details about the issue:

System configuration
Do you have other apps like Photoshop installed. If yes can you select it in File Type Association in Preferences and relaunch Bridge.
