Bridge Video Previews - Using 0% CPU, No Previews Shown

Since Prelude was discontinued, Bridge has normally worked fine for scanning and importing video clips.  

Many have reported HIGH CPU usage, I'm having the opposite problem.  

I have reset settings, uninstalled & reinstalled bridge...all the regular protocol seen anywhere in blogs.  

0% CPU, 0% Previews.  Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
