Bridge vs. Capture One

Hey, I'm trying to catalogue my studio's photography library through using the keyword function in Bridge. I need to know if this catalogue is linked to my creative cloud account or if it can be stored in the Creative Cloud storage to be accessed by everyone linked to our team account. Meaning if my account is deactivated the catalogue still exists. From what I can tell Capture One has all the same functionality and the ability to back up like you would a hard drive
