Bridge will not open images directly from Theta z1 360 camera.

Windows 10 OP, newest version of Bridge, Theta zl 360 camera. I am unable to manage files in the camera thru Bridge. I can however download to hard drive then Bridge works as it should. With tech help, we determined that the files straight out of the camera are binary, which Bridge cannot handle.

It would be nice to manage the files directly in Bridge without having to take the additional steps in file explorer.
