Bridge Workflow Not Saving Filename Changes

I have followed the instructions on how to use Workflow to Batch Rename.

1. I click "New Workflow" and "Batch Rename"

2. I enter a new name for the workflow and click "Save"

3. I enter the destination folder

4. I enter the details on how I want the file to be named

5. I drag my images onto the saved Workflow

6. I get a message saying that changes have been made. Save? I click "Save"

7. All the changes I've made to the filename disappear :-(.

What am I doing wrong?
